  • Webshop URL:  The URL of your e-commerce store
  • Magento Store ID: If your Magento account has multiple stores please specify the store that will be used for this integration.
  • Select a warehouse to be associated with this integration: Warehouse that will be associated with the integration and all incoming sales documents. All product quantities will also be taken from the selected warehouse.
  • Customer Group: Customer Group where new customers will be added upon creation to Erply from Magento. Integration also checks for existing customers during each sales document synchronisation, if the customer already exists in Erply then the sales document will be associated with the existing customer.
  • Select Sync Type: You have the possibility to either sync your entire Erply product catalogue to Magento or use assortments. In Erply you have the possibility to create an assortment that would only include those products that you wish to sell in your e-commerce store. By selecting the assortments sync type you can select the assortment that you wish to associate with this integration.
  • Select Sync Language: This selection defines from which language fields in Erply all the product information will be retrieved and pushed to your e-commerce store.
  • Select Document Type: Erply has multiple sales document types, this selection allows you to define which type is used for created e-commerce sales document to Erply.
  • Price List for Regular Prices: By default the product prices are taken from the product card in Erply. If you wish to use a different pricing in your e-commerce store you can do that through price lists. You have the possibility to create a price list in Erply, add all the products that need a different pricing to the list and then associate this list with the integration. If a product that is also in your e-commerce store is not added to the price list then the price of that product will still be taken from the product card.
  • Price List for Sale Prices:  If you wish to do discounts and show discounted prices in your e-commerce store then this is also possible through the use of price lists. If a sale price list is associated with the integration then those prices will be sent to Magento and added as the products “special price”. Start & End times are also supported by the integration.
  • Tax Rates: You can choose whether to import all your taxes from Erply to Magento or use Magento taxes instead. Using Magento taxes comes useful when you operate in a country where tax rates are combined. Magento offers several extensions for automated tax calculation and when a sale is imported to Erply the calculated tax rate is imported with it and stored under Erply taxes.
  • Shipping Fee Product ID: Add your shipping fee productID from Erply to this field to associate incoming shipping fees. This is a required field as without adding the ID it is not possible to pick up orders from the POS
  • SKU Value from Erply: This selection allows you to choose the field in Erply from where your product code is taken and imported to Magento as the product SKU.
