Installer2 Not Automatically Running After Reboot or Boot Up

  1. Go to Start Menu > Look for Services.msc
     
  2. Look for Erply Installer2 Service > Right Click and make sure that startup type is set to automatic
     
  3. If this doesnt work proceed to advanced troubleshooting below : 

 

Advanced Troubleshooting

Important : Please follow the instructions carefully as these steps are modifying the windows registry and might cause the system to improperly function if you do it differently
 

  1. Go To Start Menu > Look for Regedit
     
  2. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
     
  3. While the control folder is selected, right click in the pane on the right and select new DWORD Value (64 bit)
     
  4. Name the new DWORD: ServicesPipeTimeout
     
  5. Right-click ServicesPipeTimeout, and then click Modify
     
  6. Click Decimal, type '180000', and then click OK
     
  7. Verify and it should look like this : 
     

 

Proceed to the next step below : 

  1. In the same control folder, look for EarlyStartServices (with the Red AB ICON)
     
  2. Open the EarlyStartServices
     
  3. At the bottom of the list, add “installer2”
     
  4. It should look like this
