- Go to Start Menu > Look for Services.msc
- Look for Erply Installer2 Service > Right Click and make sure that startup type is set to automatic

Advanced Troubleshooting
Important : Please follow the instructions carefully as these steps are modifying the windows registry and might cause the system to improperly function if you do it differently
- Go To Start Menu > Look for Regedit
- Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
- While the control folder is selected, right click in the pane on the right and select new DWORD Value (64 bit)
- Name the new DWORD: ServicesPipeTimeout
- Right-click ServicesPipeTimeout, and then click Modify
- Click Decimal, type '180000', and then click OK
- Verify and it should look like this :
Proceed to the next step below :
- In the same control folder, look for EarlyStartServices (with the Red AB ICON)
- Open the EarlyStartServices
- At the bottom of the list, add “installer2”
- It should look like this
