Issue: Google Chrome does not have access to devices on the local network

Google Chrome, starting with version 142, will ask for permission to access devices on the local network when you navigate to epos.erply.com.

This access is necessary for payments and printing to work correctly. The services that handle printing and payments are installed locally on the register computer, or in the store local network.

Therefore, when this prompt appears, please click “Allow”

If you initially denied the request, please click the circular “Settings” icon at the beginning of the address bar and toggle “Local network access” on.

Google Chrome version 142 rollout started on September 29, 2025.
