Please update your Netvisor integration credentials

Netvisor has recently (in August and September 2024) marked old integration keys as invalid, and requires account owners to create new keys. 

Due to that, unfortunately, it is necessary to set up the integration in Erply again. Here are the steps to do it:

1. In Erply, click on “Netvisor” on the menu bar, to see the integration's current status.

2. To verify if the integration is working correctly or you need to set up a new key, click on “Tarkista ja ratkaise viimeisimmät ongelmat”:

 

3. The integration reports “Please check your Netvisor credentials" if you need to set up a new key:

4. Create new user ID (Käyttäjätunniste) and key (Avain) in Netvisor: https://support.netvisor.fi/fi/support/solutions/articles/77000498452-ohjelmistorajapintatunnusten-luominen

5. To set up Netvisor again, go to “Muokkaa asetuksia” -> “Yhteys katkaistu”:
