GoErp Customer Display setup for Brazil POS

(available from 4.52.0 POS version)

Enable GoErp customer Display for Brazil POS

1. From the Back Office -> Apps -> App Store -> download the “Customer Display for Flax POS”
2. Navigate to the Brazil POS epos.erply.com
3. If you are logged out, please login with Erply account
4. Go to the POS Settings -> Plugins 
5. Find the “Customer Display” plugin
6. Tick the checkbox
7. Click on the “configure plugin”
8. Under “External display configurations” enable the “Use GoErp display application”
9. Close plugin configuration

In order to open the GoErp customer display in Brazil POS please click on the ‘green screen’ button from POS menu bar:

Note: Only cart information is currently sent from the Brazil POS, other possibilities will be added in the future. 

Configure to open GoErp display automatically

1. In Brazil POS go to the Settings -> Plugins -> Customer Display
2. Click “configure plugin”
3. Find the “Startup configuration”
4. Enable the “Open display on POS startup”
5. Close plugin configuration

When the setting is enabled the GoErp customer display will open once the day is opened in the POS (note: it may take a few seconds).
