Open File Explorer and navigate to C://Program files -> Erply -> printing microservice. Right click on this folder and select properties, click on the Security tab and click Edit.
Find the current user from the users list and click on it to make it active. From the bottom section, select Modify rights for this user, click Apply and close the windows.
Navigate back to the printing-microservice folder and double click on the config.json file. In the config file there is a property called Printer Name: ‘’, this field must be changed to the exact name that printer is named in windows.
To check the printer name on windows, open Printers&Scanners from Windows search and find correct printer.
PS! The printer must be installed correctly and it must be available on the Printers&Scanners list.
