Extra info is useful for tracking Customer specific data.
The Extra Info:
- Extra Spend Limit (Customer can authorize an amount that can go over the Estimate Price.
- Mileage
- Purchase Order (If working with a Dealership that brings work associated with a PO#)
Click on the i button.
This will bring up a sidebar to input the info. Once the necessary info is entered in, click Save.
This info will be saved to the Work Order.
The mileage data will also be saved to the Vehicle record, so it can be tracked if it is brought back in for another service.
