In order to update/change your bank payout account in Adyen Portal, please follow steps below:
1. Login to the https://essentials-live.adyen.com/ with Admin user.
2. Once you are logged in, navigate to left pane and drop down Finance -> Payout accounts:
3. Remove the current bank account you have for your payout. Click the 3 dots -> Remove:
Confirm removal by clicking “Yes, remove”:
4. Once removed, the greyed out “Add payout account” button should now be available.
5. You should be able to add your new Bank account payout information and upload supporting documents as needed.
