My POS logs out automatically while in the middle of a sale. How can I fix this?

To adjust automatic logout settings, follow these steps:

1. Go to settings.

2. Click on "Configuration."

3. Under "Force system sign-off after a period of inactivity (seconds)," adjust the time when you want the POS to automatically sign off.

4. It's also a good idea to check "Reset timer on Keypresses and clicks" and "Mouse movement."
