How to set-up Poland

In order to use Erply Berlin POS in Poland the following steps need to be taken:

  1. Set-up and configure the PosNet fiscal printer

  2. Change the required EPSI files

  3. Install the Poland Printing plugin

 

Posnet fiscal printer TH230+ install step-by-step guide

 

1. Connect the printer via USB cable to PC

 

2. Download and install the driver:

Download and install communication program for test print:

3. Check the configuration on your printer, which type of connection it actually uses.

For that go to settings using right arrow on the printer:

(2)Konfiguracja > (1)Parametry ogólne > (7)Funkcje komunik. > (1)Interfejs PC

Choose options using up/down arrows and OK is the right arrow.

USB Interfejs > POSNET Protokół > WINDOWS 1250 Strona kodowa

 

NB! If it gives some error with TCP/IP, you should check TCP/IP settings in the printer.

(2)Konfiguracja > (2)Konfig. Sprzetu > (8)TCP/IP > Interfejs Brak - if it's not like this,

change it using arrows. After that, you must choose option Zapisz ustawienia by

up/down. That will accept settings and reboot the printer. After reboot check 3 points in this

FAQ.

 

4. Open up the Device Manager in Windows PC and find which COM port printer is using.

 

5. Open Posnet Grafik program and choose right Interface, COM port and Baud Rate

settings (You can find them with “Print Self Test” from the service menu in the printer. To reach

service menu power off the printer and power on withholding feed button until it prints out

service menu options where you choose “Print Self Test” pushing two times feed button

and accept it withholding feed button for 5 sec)

Then on the bottom, you tick checkbox wydruk testowy and click on Ustaw. It must print

out the test page! (If it goes like this, you doing good)

 

6. Turn off EPSI if it's running

 

7. EPSI requires the jpos.xml file to be located in the %appdata%\ERPLY\Service directory.

You can do it yourself using for ex. Notepad. After text copied, Save as jpos.xml

 

NB! Example of the jpos.xml file at the end of the FAQ. Change COM port!

 

8. Start EPSI and log in.

 

9. Open Configuration > External device integrations and choose in printer option

posxml-device

In Fiscal settings choose PosNet

 

10. Restart web page and test.

EPSI change

 
  1. Download posnet-fiscalization-1.3.0.jar, epsi3-3.25.14.jar and epsi-service-sdk-0.17.0.jar

  2. Download and install the latest EPSI version

  3. When the latest EPSI version is downloaded navigate to ERPLY -> Cache -> Service (for windows: %appdata% -> ERPLY -> Cache -> Service) to replace a file in EPSI

  4. Locate the three files posnet-fiscalization-1.3.0.jar, epsi3-3.25.14.jar and epsi-service-sdk-0.17.0.jar and replace these with the new files

 

(This change has to be made in each device! And make sure that the PosNet file name is not manually altered for any reason!)

Poland Printing plugin 

 

In order to show the Card Payment details, MID, TID, and Tax Identification number field a plugin has to be installed on each Erply user account.
