Return Workflow
After a payment, the Return button is displayed.
By clicking on Return, a modal is displayed.
Check the checkbox for the product rows that need to be returned. Pick reason and click Apply.
In your browser, a new POS tab is opened.
Select the amount to return and add the payment method (generally cash).
POS tab is closed, Service-app tab is opened again with returned invoice.
Refund Workflow
After a prepayment, the Refund button is displayed.
After clicking Refund button, a POS tab is displayed.
Select the amount to refund and add the payment method (generally cash).
After that, POS tab is closed and Service App is opened again. Prepayment is refunded.
