Nets Connect@Cloud payment terminal installing to ERPLY Brazil POS
Send to Nets request to activate "Connect @ Erply cloud" in use. Requests can be sent to address support-fi@nets.eu.
When user details have arrived to you, confirm that payment terminal has following settings:
Settings in between ERPLY POS and Nets:
- Merchant card - 6 - 1 - 2 from selection.
- Host IP:n should be "91.102.24.142"
- Host Port should be "9670"
4G/GPRS
Move3500 payment terminal Viking 1.01.0 software + sim card.
Send to Nets request to update Viking software technical-solution-support@nexigroup.com
Update software: Merchant card + 8 + 1 (! Update takes some time so recommended to do this outside of business hours if possible)
Merchant card - 6 - 1 - 2 from selection
Komm Type = GPRS
Host IP:n should be“91.102.24.142”
Host Port should be “9670”
Connection in between ERPLY POS ja Payment terminal should have settings:
- Merchant card -> 6 -> 1 -> 3 Selection Cashier = Yes
- Komm Type = IP Ethernet
- ECR/TLS = Yes
- ECR IP = 212.226.157.243
- ECR Port = 6001
When you have checked that settings are as described above, restart the terminal by pushing the red STOP button two times.
Download new parameters and programs to terminal:
- Merchant card 1+1 = Parameter download
- Merchant card 8+1 = Program download
- Merchant card + yellow button + 6 = Closing
Configure Nets FI Cloud at the Brazil POS
Navigate to the POS settings -> Payment Configuration -> Select Payment gateways. Select the NETS FI from the dropdown list.
Select the Environment: production
Enter your username an password from Nets Cloud.
Click Login.
Once you are logged in successfully select the terminal from dropdown list.
Also configure other field required for the Nets FI payment integration:
- Bypass pin code
- Print merchant copy from terminal
- Print customer copy from terminal
Under the Test topic you can test the connection. “Success” announcement on the right side as reply will tell you functionality of connection.
Click the “Pay 1,00$” button, When 1€ appears the payment terminal connection is functioning.
Click Save button
