Sales Order List App

Sales orders in Erply are primarily used to handle webstore orders from your online platform, as well as in-store orders when inventory is low.

The app lets you view all your created sales orders in one place. You can easily filter and search for specific sales order based on different criteria, like date, status, location, creator of the sales order, or customer. Plus, if you need to, you can create a purchase document straight from any order, making it simple to keep track of everything you need.

Steps to Open the Sales Order List app:

1. Access the home page of Erply's Back Office, or if you're already in the Back Office, click the Erply logo in the top left corner.
2. Select the Apps Store.
3. In the search box at the top left of the page, enter "Sales Order List."
4. Click on the Sales Order List that appears.
5. Click Install and then open it.

Steps to Create a Purchase Order:

1. In the Sales Order List app, click the purple disk icon to generate a Purchase Order.   
   
   
    
2. You’ll then be prompted to select a supplier, and a PO will be created automatically.
    
3. The PO will appear in the same row as the Sales Order.

FAQ:

• Can I remove a Sales Order from the app? Yes, just choose the Sales Order you wish to delete and click the Delete Selected button.
• Can I generate a new Sales Order from the app? Yes, click the Create New button in the upper right corner of the page.
• Can I remove a Purchase Order in the app? Yes, just click the trash bin icon next to the Purchase Order.
• Can I check the status of the Sales Order to see if it’s confirmed? Yes.
