By default the user is not able to increase product prices while performing a sale, it means that POS does not allow applying negative discounts.
Although sometimes it happens that the price must be inflated for certain goods under certain conditions of the transaction. For those cases, enable the necessary setting in POS Settings -> Configuration -> Sale -> Allow negative discounts.
