Why is the promotion not applied automatically or manually?

 

  1. Verify if the promotion is active in the Back Office. To do this, go to the Back Office, click on the Retail tab, then select Promotions. Find the promotion in question and check if the "Activated" box is selected.
  2. Confirm whether the promotion is still within the valid date range. Use the same steps as above and check the Start and End dates for the promotion.
  3. Review the promotion rules to ensure it meets the required criteria. Follow the same steps as in #1 and go to the "Set Rules" tab.
  4. Examine any restrictions. Follow the same steps in #1 and navigate to the "Restriction" tab.
