Why am I getting a “403 Forbidden” error?

There are a few reasons why you might receive the “403 Forbidden” notification:

  1. It can refer to insufficient user rights which means that you do not have enough rights to view the requested file.

  2. Sometimes this error message appears when users try to upload product images or integrate with other platforms where product images are linked.

  3. Error 403 may also refer to missing internet connection.

  4. However, most commonly, the error 403 is displayed when a user runs too large report and it locks up the back office while it's loading.
