Invoicing and Payment Workflow (Service App)

Pre-Payment 

1. Click “Prepay”. This will bring up the Pre-Payment window.

In the Pre-Payment window are options of the percent of the total balance due that can be paid.

2. Select the desired percentage and “Confirm”.

Make the payment using whichever form of payment the customer is paying with.
Send an invoice at any time from this payment module by selecting the “Invoice” button on the top right corner.

Once the payment is collected and confirmed, can send them their receipt via Email, download the PDF, or print the receipt.

 

Invoice Without Payment

1. Click on “Invoice” button.

Create payment on the remaining balance on the Work Order.

2. Can send an invoice, without taking payment, at any time from this payment module by selecting the “Invoice” button on the top right corner.

3. Clicking on the “Invoice” button, creates an invoice to be sent to the customer or printed without taking payment.

4. Can send Invoice via Email, download the PDF or print the Invoice.

 

Invoice With Payment

  1. Click on “Invoice” button.


 

2. Select the method of payment: “Cash”, “Card” or “Check”.

3. Click the 100% on the bottom left while under the selected method of payment.

4. Click the green check in the bottom right corner to confirm payment.

 

5. Once the payment is collected and confirmed, can receipt via Email, download the PDF, or print the receipt.

 

 

Adyen Moto payment process

OVERVIEW

This is the process for stores to use the Adyen Credit system with the MOTO (card not present) process.  

 

Setup Process

MOTO payment must first be enabled from the Adyen account. New stores should be done before going live as part of the account setup process from the HQ side.  

Existing accounts have to request the MOTO payment to be enabled through HQ.  

 

SPECIFICATIONS FOR TRANSACTIONS

From an existing work order

Select Prepayment or Invoice

MOTO From Prepay  


 

Select amount to be paid

Select Confirm

Click Card  

 

Click 100%

 

Click Use payment over phone  

 

Click Confirm 

 

From the Adyen terminal:

  • Enter in the card number and hit confirm 
  • Enter in the expiration date, confirm
  • Enter in the security code, confirm
  • Get Approved message and move back to the Service App 

Prepayment is saved

 

 

Print/Email/Save window displayed

 

MOTO From Invoice

Click Card

Click 100%

Click Use payment over phone 

Click Confirm

  From the Adyen terminal:

  • Enter in the card number and hit confirm
  • Enter in the expiration date, confirm
  • Enter in the security code, confirm
  • Get Approved message and move back to the Service App

Invoice is saved

Print/Email/Save window displayed

 

Payment with Check

Making a payment with Check

Select the Check button

Select the amount to pay

Click Confirm

 

“Add the reference number for the check” modal is displayed

 

Click Yes, which will take to the document print out window. 

The check number will be saved in Back Office in the payment record store in the Card payment reference number.
