Set up terminal and printing
- Log into the Wizard in browser with the Erply account used
- Select Hardware -> Integrations -> Warehouse tab
- Select the desired Warehouse
- Click on the ‘Payment Terminal’ button and Continue
- Add new integration - Adyen
- Enter Adyen API key
- Click Save
- On a Sunmi device install the “Erply Point of Sale for Sunmi” application from Sunmi App Store.
- Login with Erply credentials.
- Navigate to the Settings -> Payment Configuration -> Setup payment gateways
- From “select current integration” select the “Native Wrapper (IOS/Android)”
- Click “Save”
- Click “Settings”
- Click on the “Payment Settings”
- Click on the “Get APIKEY” button - the API key will appear automatically
- In order to configure the terminal click “create”
- Select the terminal from the list
- Enter the following data:
- Terminal ID (check in Adyen portal ->In-person payments -> Terminals -> select terminal -> About this terminal)
- Terminal Key Identifier (should be provided by Erply or Adyen)
- Terminal Key Passphrase (should be provided by Erply or Adyen)
- Terminal Key Version: 0
- Terminal IP Address (check on the terminal)
- Request timeout: can be any (for example: 60)
- Connection type
- Region (Europe, Australia, US)
- Toggle the setting” Print from terminal Switch” if you would like to print a POS receipt from the terminal. Note: If a Sunmi built-in printer will be used instead please do not touch this setting!
- Click “Save”
- Navigate to the POS Settings -> Printing Configuration
- Under Printing integrations select “Try printing by wrapper”
- Click “Save”
How to check additional information on the adyen terminal?
For v400m and p400Plus
- To see the terminal’s information with the IP address, press 5 and then OK [5->OK].
- To see Payment menu, press 8 and then OK [8->OK]. Enter PIN code.
- To access the terminal’s Administrative menu, press 9 and then OK [9->OK]. Enter PIN code and press OK to continue [code->OK].
- To access network, press 9 and then OK [9->OK]. Select Network and enter PIN code.
For S1F2 and S1F2L
- To see the terminal’s information with the IP address, go to the Settings -> Device info.
- To see Payment menu, go to the Transactions.
- To access the terminal’s Administrative menu, go to the Settings -> Configuration. Enter PIN code and press OK to continue [code->OK].
- To access network, go to the Settings -> Network. Select Network and enter PIN code.
Note: PIN codes to access transactions and configuration views can be found in Adyen portal -> In-person payments -> Terminals -> select terminal -> Passcodes.
