Install apps
In order to set up the Customer Display for Flax POS two apps should be downloaded from Erply App Store.
Navigate to the Back Office - Apps - App Store.
Search for the “Customer Display for Flax POS”. Click on it.
Press “Install”.
Search for the “Customer Display Manager”. Click on it.
Press “Install”.
Configure Customer Display for Flax POS
Open the "“Customer Display Manager” app.
Select on which level you would like to configure the Customer Display:
- POS
- Location
- Account
Once the correct level and POS/locations where selected we can proceed with Display configuration.
There is two configuration sections:
- Settings
- Advertisments
Make sure you are in the “Settings” tab.
Tick the checkbox “Enabled” to activate the display.
Tick the checkbox “Show Customer Display open button on POS” if you like to open customer display every time manually. In order to set up the automatic opening of customer display please tick the “Open Customer Display automatically”.
If needed proceed with other configuration. If not press “Save” from the top right corner.
Open the Customer Display from the Flax POS
Go to the Flax POS.
Login and select location.
In order to open the Customer Display please click on the ‘picture’ button on the top right corner:
The Customer Display opens in a separate tab.
