My Microservice Status Icon is Red. What Should I do?

In order to resolve it, please follow steps below.


 

1. Press Ctrl + Shift + R

This refreshes your page and may resolve the issue.
 

2. If that doesn't work:

Search for "Services" in your Windows search bar and make sure to run it as administrator.
In the Services window, look for "Erply Installer 2".
Right-click on "Erply Installer 2" and select "Start" or "Restart".
Go back to the Brazil POS page and make a refresh.
