If your terminal has a dynamic IP address, when it changes, it needs to be changed in the system manually by the employee.
If cashier does have access to the payment configuration module in Brazil POS, the view is the following:

The next step is to click on the “POS Onboarding Wizard”.
In the Wizard page login with your ERPLY credentials.
Navigate to the Hardware -> Integrations.
Select the POS from the dropdown list.
Click on the ‘Payment terminal’ -> Continue.
Under the “Available Integrations for POS level” click on the needed payment integration.
Change the Device IP field and Save changes.
Go back to the POS page and refresh it.
Click on the three plugs button:
Check the needed payment integration microservice -> check the device IP value. It should be the same as when you have entered the Wizard.
