Open Sales are sales transactions that have been started but not yet completed or finalized. These transactions are typically still in progress and may require further action before they can be closed.
To "Open Sales" on the Flax POS:
- Once everything is added to the cart, the customer is not yet done and there are more customers on the line you can save it by pressing "Save Sale"
- To view the open sales. In your Flax POS Home Dashboard, Click "Open sales"
- Choose the sale to complete the transaction.
