Automatic Installation has Failed Error in the POS

Here's the sample Error Message:

Error Message in the POS: Some required MS are not running

Automatic installation has failed: Unexpected token '', ""... is not valid JSON
 

Here are the steps on how to resolve this issue:

1. Open services.MSC and Stop Installer2 services
2. Open File Manager > Local Disk > Program Files > Erply > Delete the "Metrics-collector-ms, logger-ms folder & Veridone-fin" ( You will define the folder that you need to delete when you are on the Integrations that are not running or Installation Failed )
3. Open services.MSC and Start Installer2 services
4. Hard Reload ( CTRL+SHIFT+R ) on your Erply POS Browser
5. Kindly wait to install other integrations automatically and Test it.

Here are the steps on how to resolve this issue on your Ground Control GoErp App:

1. In your Back office > Go to Apps > Appstore
2. Open "Ground Control" > Integrations-Page
3. 
4. Click the "Installation" on the Left Panel > Choose the Register > Click "Edit"
5. STOP the Installer2 services
6. On the Left Panel Integration Side, Choose "logger-ms" > Choose the Register > Click "Edit > Remove
7. On the Left Panel Integration Side, Choose "metrics-collector-ms" > Choose the Register > Click "Edit > Remove
8. On the Left Panel Integration Side, Choose "verifone-fin" > Choose the Register > Click "Edit > Remove
9. Go to Installation again under Integration on the Left panel > Choose the register and Start the Installer2 services
10. Hard Reload (CTRL+SHIFT+R) the Erply POS Browser and Kindly wait to install other integrations automatically and Test it.
