The Sticky Product Groups Plugin is a useful tool in the Erply Brazil POS system that allows users to add product groups that can be accessed from any page or product group within the point of sale (POS). This plugin offers the convenience of having "main groups" as static options at the top, regardless of the current "subgroup" the user is in. This eliminates the need to navigate back to the main view and search for the desired group, enabling faster and more efficient access to different product groups.
Enable and configure the plugin
Login to Erply Brazil POS using your credentials.
Navigate to the POS Settings -> Plugins.
Enable the "Sticky Product Groups" plugin by ticking the checkbox.
Click on the Configure button to configure the plugin. Select product groups that would be displayed from any page or product group. Choose how the sticky groups should be placed in relation to main groups.
Save configuration.
Testing
You can see that the previously configured sticky product groups are displayed in a correct position (In the beginning or in the end of the listed groups. Depends on the plugin configuration).
Click the Main Product Group - while viewing the details or within a subgroup of the selected item, click on the main product group that you have configured with the Sticky Product Groups plugin.
Check Product Group Visibility - after clicking on the main product group, observe whether the product group still appears and remains accessible within the POS system.
Verify Displayed Product Groups - ensure that the product groups marked with a check in the configuration settings still show up in the POS when you click on the main product group.
