Manage Roles
In order to add roles in the POS, Go to the Manage Role menu in "GO ERP POS Configurations" app (Back Office -> Apps -> App Store), enter the desired role name in the Role Name field, and click the "Add Role" button. You can add multiple roles as needed.
Note: Roles cannot be deleted if they are assigned to any users!!!
To delete a role, ensure that no users are linked to it by reassigning or removing them first.
