Create inventory transfer order

Process: Creating an Inventory Transfer Order (Directly in WMS)

If you need to create an inventory transfer order directly within the WMS, even if one doesn't pre-exist, here's how:

1. Click the Create inventory transfer order button.
2. The goods entry view will open, allowing you to add products for the transfer:
   1. Scan the barcode or manually enter its value into the designated box.
   2. Acceptable codes are:
      • code
      • code2
      • code5
      • code6
      • code7
      • code8
      • package EAN
   3. Enter the quantity into the amount box and click OK.
   4. Repeat this process for all items you wish to include in the transfer order
      

Finalizing the Transfer Order

Once you've added all products and are ready to finalize the document:

1. Click Create inventory transfer order.
2. On the next page, you'll provide the final details for your transfer:
   • Location to: Select the destination warehouse or location from the list.
   • Reason code: Choose the appropriate reason for this inventory transfer (e.g., stock reallocation, store replenishment).
   • Notes: Add any additional comments or specifics about the transfer.

Finally, click Confirm inventory transfer order, and your document will be created.

WMS settings

1. Location products out --> Inventory transfers
   1. Directly transfer order creation. Default - none - Select locations
2. User group --> PRoducts out buttons
   1. Products out button 'Create inventory transfer order' active. Default - none - Activate button for usergroup
