A3 | Cause: The passphrase in the “Adyen key” field is not the same as the passphrase in the Adyen’s customer area. Solution: In the Adyen configuration settings write the same passphrase as the one in the Adyen’s customer area. |
A4 | Cause: General Adyen setup error. Solution: 1. Verify you are in https://app.erply.com/live 2. Verify that the IP address in your hosts file is the same as the IP address of the terminal. To see the IP address of a terminal you can follow these steps.
For example P400Plus-123456789.test.terminal.Adyen.com If the certificate of authority is correct you should see the message “Internal Server Error” 4. Processing payment failed | Cause: The POS is configured to use another card payment integration.
