Why I do not have access to the Wizard and it redirects me to the Ground Control?

If you see that your user does have access to the Wizard and it redirects you to the Ground Control application it means that your user does not have sufficient right for it.

 

If you like to grant access to the Wizard please navigate to the Back Office -> Settings -> Users. Check the user who you would like to grant access for. Check his/her user group. Now go to the Settings -> User groups and check that at least one of the following permissions is granted: 

  • Edit Configuration
  • Edit Store Manager's Settings
  • CAFA > Modify store and register settings
  • CAFA > Read and modify protected settings
  • Edit Payments
