Set up Adyen terminal in iOS Super Wrapper

  1. Download the POS app
  2. Login with Erply credentials
  3. Go to POS Settings -> Payment Configuration -> Setup payment gateways
  4. Select Native wrapper iOS/Android
  5. Click on the Open payment settings
  6. In the Payment Settings view select ‘Adyen
  7. In the “Adyen Configurations” popup enter the API key provided by ERPLY or Adyen
  8. Press Save
  9. Click on ‘Add terminal
  10. Fill in all the necessary fields: Terminal ID, Terminal Key Identifier, Terminal Key Passphrase, Terminal Key Version, Terminal IP Address. All the mentioned data can be found in the Adyen account.
  11. Select region (Europe, Australia, USA)
  12. Select connection type:
    1. Local - This is used to connect to a terminal that shares the same WiFi connection as the iOS device.
    2. Cloud - This is used to connect to a terminal that has been added in the Adyen Portal, fetching the terminal's IP from the cloud and establishing a connection to it.
    3. Local, Cloud - This serves as a backup connection. If a local connection is unavailable, it will attempt to connect to the terminal through the cloud.
    4. Cloud, Local - This also serves as a backup connection. If a cloud connection is unavailable, it will attempt to connect to the terminal through a local connection.
  13. Click ‘Connect
  14. The app will ask you to allow  to find and connect to devices on your local  network - please click ‘Allow’
  15. Device will show you a message “Connection succeeded
  16. Activate the terminal by toggling the switch on the right side under the “Active”.
  17. If you would like to enable POS receipt printing on Adyen terminal, please swipe the terminal row from right to left and click ‘Configure'.
  18. Enable the “Print receipt from terminal
  19. Press ‘Close’
  20. Now you need to update the terminal configuration to activate receipt printing on the terminal. In order to do this please follow instructions below:
  21. On the terminal press 9 and OK(green button).
  22. On the terminal screen click “Config”. Then click “Update”.

How to check additional information on the adyen terminal?

  • To see the terminal’s information with the IP address, press 5 and then OK
  • To see Payment menu, press 8 and then OK
  • To access the terminal’s Administrative menu, press 9 and then OK [9->OK]. Enter PIN code and press OK to continue
  • To access network, press 9 and then OK. Select Network and enter PIN code.

Note: PIN codes can be found in Adyen portal -> In-person payments -> Terminals -> select terminal -> Passcodes.
