Problem: How to Set Up and Manage Store Regions in Erply
Solution 1: Installing and Accessing the Store Regions Module
- Install the Store Regions Module:

- Once installed, navigate to Retail Chain -> Regions to access the Store Regions module.

Solution 2: Creating and Managing Store Regions
- Create a New Region:
- In the Store Regions module, you can create new regions.
- Enter the Code and Name (in different languages if needed).
- Manage User Group Settings:
- Adjust user group permissions for managing store regions in the Main Modules section.

- Assign Stores to a Region:
- Go to Retail Chain -> Locations.
- Open a location and use the Store Region field (a drop-down menu) to assign the location to a region.
Note: The existing field called "Region or State" has been renamed to State Group to prevent confusion.

- You can filter locations by Store Region in the Retail Chain -> Locations list and in Edit Store Price List.

- View Store Region in Inventory:
- The Store Region column has been added to the Inventory -> Locations module, making it easier to view the regions associated with each location.

- You can view and reorder combinations of price lists and customer groups within a region. The items in the table are ordered by customer group.
- Note: You cannot add the same combination of a price list and customer group to a region multiple times.
