From a Work Order
When searching for a Vehicle there are several fields with which to drill down to finding the individual vehicle.
- These fields can be sorted in ascending order or descending order to make it easier to find the individual vehicle.
- The different fields available are “Make”, “Model”, "License Plate/Stock#”, "VIN/Description" and “Customer".
- Using these sorts is simple, just by clicking the Arrow in the Header (Arrow becomes visible when user hovers into the header).
The vehicles can also be filtered to only show records related to the customer already selected on the Work Order.

Both vehicle search and filters are supported.
Search
The Search field allows to search through the following fields at once:
- Registration number
- Serial number
- Vehicle information: Year, make, model
- Customer name (owner of the vehicle)
Filter
Filters are available to show vehicle records for a specific Make, Model or Customer.
