If you see the error “User does not have sufficient rights to make a sale” in Brazil POS it means that some user rights are missing for a user who belongs to this particular user group.
In order to allow making sales in Brazil POS, please follow steps below:
- Navigate to the Back Office -> Settings -> User groups
- Select correct user group
- Click “set all” for the “Invoices” and “Payments”
- Save changes
