My register is not in the list of register options. How can I fix this?

In order to resolve it, please follow steps below.

 

  1. In your BackOffice go to Settings > Users


     
  2. Select the user that you are using to login to Erply
     
  3. In the User page look for Locations and make sure that the Location you are trying to access the register is a location that you have access to.
