First, you will need to create service user in your Erply account. All data integration will be performed with those credentials. Take note of the password here.
Make sure the user has access to all your locations.
The user group must have the following permissions, and view permission to all modules (including reports).
In addition you can remove access to apps (POS and Backoffice), but keep API access.
