Short answer? Clear Cache.
One of the main reasons the POS can fail to load data is due to web browser cache.
Right-click on the screen. At the end of the opened menu, select Inspect. This will ope n a new window in the top menu, where there are elements, console, sources, network, and two arrows on the right. Select Application.
Select Storage from the menu that opens on the left and click Clear site data in the right window.
Refresh the page.
