This is an account add-on/plugin that allows you to import the product list from excel into an invoice, order, purchase invoice, purchase order. Erply Customer Support can add this feature to your account.
In order to be able to import products from an excel to your invoice, the product must exist in Erply.
The Excel file must contain the columns named product code(A), EAN(B), quantity(C), price(D) and discount percentage(E). Other information, such as the customer's name, cannot be imported. Not all fields are required, but in this case the row should be left blank and column not deleted. If only the EAN code is left in the column and the product code is not entered in the table, then the EAN code is in the code field on the invoice.
When the account add-on is activated, an "import excelist" button will appear at the end of the invoice.
