The Cash Withdrawal option allows you to exchange money of any payment tender and get the same sum back in cash.

Offer your customers the option to withdraw cash while buying items, this way they can finish two errands at once.
Extra option for tipping
If your establishment doesn’t support tipping with card payments, this creates an easy way to fix that.
Enable the Setting
To get this functionality, navigate to POS Settings -> Payment Configuration. Make sure that the Disable Cash Withdrawal (Cash Out) Functionality setting checkbox is empty (it means that the functionality is ENABLED).
Withdraw Cash
The process of the cash withdrawal can be performed only while making a sale.
Select products that you would like to sell and click on the Pay button.
The option can be applied in the payment modal by clicking on the cash (F4) tender button, then the cash out button will appear in the same place.
Click on it and enter the amount that you would like to withdraw. Then select the tender by that you want to pay and finalize the transaction.
The transaction is now successfully finished. The sum that was inserted using the cash withdrawal function is displayed in the change field in the Finish sale modal and on the receipt.
