Issues fixed in the new menu bar:
- On a smaller screen, it was not possible to scroll to the bottom of the menu.
- Menu sheets now have a close button.
- The menu item "Menu editor" no longer opens two new tabs.
- Menu items added by plugins sometimes did not appear.
