The plugin works in both Classic and Berlin BO in Estonian and English and with all date formats. This is a paid add-on, if you are interested or would like more information, please contact support by writing to support@erply.com.
- The plugin creates a link "Disable document editing" in the left settings menu under "Document settings" for the administrator user group and the user group specified in the plugin settings.
- You can set the lock dates for sales, purchase and stock documents, and the user group that (in addition to administrators) has the right to modify these settings.
- Document modification will be disabled if the document has been validated and the document date (not the actual creation date) is not blank and is earlier than the lock date set in the settings for the document type. Within this framework:
- A message to this effect is displayed to the user
- The 'Save' buttons are removed
- The 'Ctrl+S' and 'F7' hotkeys shall be removed
- On sales documents:
- Removes the "Delete" buttons in the bottom section
- The 'Add receipt' button is removed
- Removes the "Add attribute" button
- In Classic, the "Add action" button is removed
- In Berlin, the "Delete item" button (with the trash can icon) is removed
- If:
- The document is not approved OR
- Document date is blank OR
- The document has been validated and the document date is later than the lock date
then: - The date field is changed to a record field
- The date field will be changed to 'Date'
- Only dates equal to or later than the lock date can be selected from the calendar
