Fixes

1. Fixed: API call getCostOfGoodsSold, field "price" returned an incorrect row net total for rows that withdrew inventory from multiple batches.
2. Fixed: API call getCostOfGoodsSold will now also return records for non-product invoice rows, so that the output would be directly comparable to COGS report in back office.
