Fixes

1. API call calculateShoppingCart will no longer apply a coupon discount multiple times if input parameter "couponIdentifiers" contains the same coupon number repeated more than once.

2. API call saveSalesDocument will now preserve promotion statistics when API client confirms a previously saved invoice.

3. API call saveSalesDocument now respects configuration parameter "do_not_create_automatic_credit_refund" and does not create any automatic payments if the parameter is set. Formerly, the automatic payments were always generated.
