New Features

1. Field "Reason" has been added to the Cash In / Cash Out form.
2. French language support for Switzerland and Luxembourg has been added.
3. Fields "netTotalWithFormat", "vatTotalWithFormat" and "totalWithFormat" have been added to Actual Reports sales document printouts.
4. The ability to send one single Actual Reports printout by email has been added to: 1) purchase document form; 2) purchase document list; 3) sales document list.

Fixes

1. Fixed: on product labels printed with Actual Reports, components could not be printed for assembly products.
