New Features

1. New configuration option "Reason code on purchase return is required" can be used to make reason codes mandatory on purchase returns.
2. New workflow for transfer orders where the transfer orders can now be accepted and rejected. This also separates transfer orders to a separate view.

Fixes​

1. Fixed: an issue where sometimes assignments would not release reserved products.
