Fixes:

• Customer creation form data is shown correctly now
• Prices on returns are correct now
• Check and Card limits can no longer be bypassed by adding multiples of payments.
• If a payment is not within the allowed tenders list, it can no longer be used during referenced returns
• Cash field is populated correctly now on close day tenders screen
