Fixes:

• Product Creation form awaits for the tax rates to be fetched before allowing the user to edit the product input fields
• Fix for issue Product Order Edit Form - the user was not able to edit product price to a decimal number
• Fixed - Regular sales should with 0 total (no products in shopping cart) should be still saved as a regular sale, not like a return
• Fixed inconsistency in the name sorting of products in product groups - sorting is now case-insensitive
• Fixed product alignment when "Group related products in shopping cart" setting is enabled
• Fix handing of store credit in "split payment" situations
