New features
1. Account deletion has been implemented. API will return error code 1220 when attempting to authenticate on a deleted account.
2. Parameters issuedInvoiceIDs and redeemendInvoiceIDs have been added to API call getIssuedCoupons.
3. Field partialTaxExemption has been added to API calls getCustomers and saveCustomer.
4. Field documentURL has been added to API calls getSalesDocuments, getPurchaseDocuments, saveSalesDocument and savePurchaseDocument.
