Opening the Service App can be done in a few ways. Both of these methods will bring you to the login page.
- From the Link button from Back Office
- Direct login through a URL
From the Link button from Back Office
- To open the Service App from BO click on the top bar selection button “Service App” this will navigate you to the site.
Direct login through a URL
- You are able to log into the Service App directly via the following URL: https://service-app.erply.com/
- If you have not logged in a Erply product yet, you will be redirected to the login page

When accessing the service app
Upon signing into the Service App you will be requested to select a point of sale.
If the day has not been opened at the selected register, you will get a prompt. The "Open" button will redirect you to the POS to open the day.
