Fixed an issue where Sale and it's related payments would get duplicated if saved via "retry" button after sale has been saved, but before kitchen/bar receipts were printed or if there was a failure while printing coupons
Fix race condition that could cause a permanent (until refresh) failure of service endpoints, resulting in symptoms such as missing payment integrations, plugins not being enabled, etc., including failures to edit/save those settings
