Added printing configuration - can either be configured to ask the user if they want to print the receipt or print them automatically. If printing configuration is set to "ask", then the prompt would automatically print if there are no actions within 15 seconds.

If network connection is lost or is regained while the payment screen is open, promotion prices will not automatically re-calculate and would require user to re-open the payment screen to have the prices recalculate. If network connection was lost right after prices were calculated - keep the prices. If cart is edited, promotion information will be lost until Internet connection is regained.
Fixed an issue where paying for an invoice would un-assign the customer from it.
Fixed an issue where during returns for an old sale (3+ years) the items would get incorrectly selected.
Pending sales deletion now only requires 'delete unconfirmed' permission.

Replaced "hide X report on day close" setting with "Z-Report" user group right check - if user is missing the right, they will be automatically logged out on closing the day. If user tries to print the X-Report, they will see an error message.
