Clocking in and out can be done through the Back Office or at the POS. The Back Office has the ability to edit the time of each timeclock entry, which is useful for correcting entries made by mistake or accident.
Steps:
- Go to the Back Office and select Reports.
- Click on See Timeclock Entries to display all Timeclock entries.
- Choose the entry you wish to edit and make the necessary changes, typically to the In and Out fields.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Note: You can only edit a timeclock entry; it cannot be deleted.
